Travelling from Jingdu to Hainan was similar to crossing over to the other end of China. From the strong chills in the north, they welcomed a summer-like warmth. The temperature in Hainan was about twenty-degrees Celsius, which allowed the northern folks to experience a summer breeze.

This time, Xia Lei did not bring the four female knights along. They were completely focused on the preparation work for the upcoming church and secondly, the nature of this current task was very different. He did not have to worry about safety. A squad of elite bodyguards were in charge of his safety and his residence was separated from the other members of the Boao Forum For Asia. He was arranged to reside in an isolated villa.

The sight of ten or more elite bodyguards surrounding the villa was not as jaw-dropping as the air defence missiles set on the side of the villa. It was to protect them from possible air assaults. Entering the villa, the person-in-charge showed them to their rooms. They had arranged a bedroom for Xia Lei and Fan Fan while Liang Siyao was expected to stay in another bedroom. Liang Siyao, on the other hand, was the current acting CEO of Thunder Horse Organization. Despite that, the two rooms were actually right beside each other. It literally only needed a few steps to reach the door of the other.

As soon as the person-in-charge left them behind, Fan Fan said, “Siyao, you’ll stay with Xia Lei. I’ll sleep in your room.”

“No, no. There’s no need too.” Liang Siyao quickly declined.

“It’s alright. You can stay in the same room as Xia Lei.” Fan Fan insisted.

Liang Siyao shook her head vehemently. “No, I’ll just stick to the arrangement. You’re Xia Lei’s fiancee and I’m just his employee. How could I live in the same room as him? Wouldn’t it look bad to the others?”

“There’s nothing to worry about. The people working here will not gossip around,” said Fan Fan.

“No means no.”

“Look, we’re sisters. Just listen to me and…”

The two women played a game of tug-of-war, completely forgetting about the man beside them.

Xia Lei interjected them with a cough. “Hey, are you both done yet? We’re here in Hainan for two things. A forum and a trip. Of course, the first motive is of the highest priority but the main point of this trip is to have fun. Since we’re here to be happy, why limit ourselves? In my opinion, there’s no need to push back and forth, let’s all sleep in the same room.”

He then walked forward and grasped Liang Siyao and Fan Fan’s wrist. “I’m serious about this.”

“Yeah.” Fan Fan rolled her eyes at him. “You’re incredibly shameless. We’re stuck here with you and yet you’re trying to take advantage of us. Isn’t that right, Siyao?”

“Yeah.” There was a tacit understanding between Liang Siyao and Fan Fan.

Fan Fan pried her wrist out of Xia Lei’s grip. “The two ladies shall sleep in the same room while he sleeps alone.”

“Good, we’ll share a room and let this pervert sleep alone.” Liang Siyao smirked.

Xia Lei wasn’t keen on that happening. He offered, “How about this? We all share the same room and I’ll give you a full-body massage.”

The two women look at each other. The offer was tempting but the two weren’t about to bite the bait.

Xia Lei added on, “The second programme would be prenatal education. I’m going to talk to the two kids and teach them the ways of life.”

“Pfft.” Fan Fan failed to suppress her laughter.

Liang Siyao broke into a fit of giggles.

Weirdly, Xia Lei still had on a straight face. “What are you two laughing at? Scientific research has proven that prenatal education can be done at any stage of development. Prenatal education is important. Don’t underestimate it. After that, we’ll name the children together. How’s that?”

“You sure you’ve got nothing else planned?” Liang Siyao squinted at Xia Lei.

Xia Lei put on a serious face.”Of course not. I’ve got nothing else planned.”

“Really?” Fan Fan glared at him in disbelief.

Xia Lei raised a palm. “I swear…”

Before the man could finish his words, Fan Fan had already pressed his arm down. “Don’t try to swear on something you don’t mean. There’s no need to swear, we’ll just say yes. Happy?”

A smile appeared on Xia Lei’s face. He placed an arm around each of their waists and entered the room.

The room decor was elegant and refined. Overall, the living condition put them at ease. The only regrettable thing was that the only bed available was a double bed with a length of one hundred and eighty centimetres. It would be a little small to fit three but the slight squeeze would be more than welcomed.

While Xia Lei busied himself with putting away the luggage, the two relaxed women began to talk with hushed voices.

“I feel like we’ve been fooled.”

“Yeah, we sort of gave in.”

“Jeez, I’m embarrassed to even think about it.”

“But he seems happy.”

"Yeah, if he brings it up, we’ll…”

“Yikes, don’t mention it. I’m about to die from cringing.”

There were certain regrets about how they ended in this situation. However, the two women were secretly curious and looking forward to it. Regardless of what emotions were about to arise or triggered, the sight of a smiley Xia Lei would make their sacrifices worth it. Women were born to put men on their pedestals. “Yeah, me too.” Fan Fan agreed.

“Alright then, let’s go to the beach.” Xia Lei’s heart cackled evilly. “We’ll see how long you can put this off.”

The three of them left the villa and followed a path of palm trees towards the beach surrounded by a hoard of casually-dressed national elite bodyguards. It wasn’t hard to tell that Xia Lei was now regarded as a national treasure.

Reaching the beach, Xia Lei bought some slippers and swimsuits along with towels and sunscreen from a sundry shop nearby.

“Hey, I don’t feel like swimming. I’m worried that the baby will be cold.” Liang Siyao advised, “How about you return the swimsuits?”

“Yeah. This place may be warm but it’s still not warm enough to swim. We must think about our children’s wellbeing.” Fan Fan supported her.

Xia Lei smiled. “I didn’t say anything about swimming. I bought these so you can go sunbathing. It’ll be great for the baby. Can’t you see that I even bought towels? Those are for you to lie on, I’ll help you both put on sunscreen.

Xia Lei’s perverted motives didn’t go unnoticed by Liang Siyao and Fan Fan. They were fully aware of what his plans were but they found themselves eager to bite the lure and satisfy him. They were like gullible fishes, clear about the dangers of hooked baits but still willing to give it a bite.

The sandy beach was bustling with activity. There were sundry shops operated by locals and a massive hoard of tourists.

Those words had two fists hurled towards him.

Though the punches were packed with strength, the two women heeded his request and entered the ‘changing room’. Xia Lei became their hangers, their skirts were placed over his shoulders. Fan Fan hung her bra on his ear while Liang Siyao boldly hovered it on top of his head, letting the structured cups settle across his face. In the end, two panties, one black and one white fell on the top of his head. The whole display was complicatedly obscene.

This was probably his punishment.

Xia Lei didn’t mind a punishment like this at all. In fact, he was enjoying the process gleefully.

“Help me hold the towel up, it’s my turn to change now,” said Xia Lei.

And so the two women held the towels to conceal him. But as soon as Xia Lei stripped his pants away, the women abruptly pulled the towels away and ran.

The three of them played a game of chase on the beach. Xia Lei caught up to Liang Siyao, hugging her and kissing her and then he caught up to Fan Fan, repeating the same displays of affection.

Perhaps even the gods hadn’t even lived a life half as happy as his.

From another beachside villa, a woman stood at the balcony as she watched the chasing trio closely with her binoculars.

This woman was none other than Hattori Mei.

“My goodness, he sure does know how to enjoy life.” The smile curled on Hattori Mei’s lips was an intriguing one. “Enjoy this while you can. It won’t be long until you’re unable to do this anymore…”
