"You're going back?!" Vera and Kurdak half-shouted.
They'd been considering returning to Melindor, but since Eirinn was not willing to go back yet, they'd not left yet.
The half elf had been studying medicine frenziedly as of late. She only stopped to eat, sleep and defecate. She didn't even stop to occasionally talk to Leguna. Leguna, naturally, was most unhappy about this. Eirinn had always been, and should always stay, a little child clinging to him. He did not like this stubborn, independent streak she had developed.
He wanted to go back to Melindor, but at the same time he didn't want to leave Eirinn alone again to continue strengthening that independence, so he was inclined...

I know, the title doesnt seem to make sense. Its an acronym. For what? Hm. T means True. Up to you otherwise. Oh, right. The acronym actually does have an impact on one of the themes of the "story". At the same time I mixed it up with a reference to the original plan for this when I started, so yay. A double. Well, actually, a triple. Again, up to you. I should also mention that, as the rhyme that starts the story probably tells you, its gonna get kinda disturbing. All kinds of disturbing. Just to let you know.

Seth's power is run far deeper than he knows, and sees his world in a light all its own. This series is my first foray into authoring, with two parts out of at best four if the readership stands. But part three will still book end nicely otherwise. And I'm not stopping till then. It is action heavy with varied and ramping up fight scenes through out. (Book 1 is heavy / Book 2 a little lighter) It is bloody in places, mildly gory in others, and heavily gory in simulated places. Nothing truly horrifying, I think, but be warned. It has trauma. PTSD is a major part of the story, but I will never trust that I got it completely right, so your mileage may vary on how believable or impactful it is. Lastly it has language. Swearing ebbs and flows as the story progresses and attitudes harden or soften. Sometimes bleeding through into the narration... somehow.
