The laughter rang out, accompanied by thunder as the buzzing resounded in this region. Immediately attracting countless gazes over to the distant sky. The morale of the Kingo Troop and the experts of the Great Havenlaw Domain, whom were low because of their defeats, raised up with spirit.
“It’s the Nine Nether Troop!”

In barely half a year, nearly everyone in the Great Havenlaw Domain knew that the Nine Nether Troop was rising at a stunning rate. Likewise, they also knew of Mu Chen, the new Commander that had led the Nine Nether Troop to rise.
Up in the sky, Lin Qingfeng narrowed his eyes as he looked at that direction. The far away thunderclouds swept out along with a dreadful aura as they made their appearance.

The tower is almost impossible to beat, if you die you won't revive, and only three people in over twenty years have actually made it back. Leon has two years to climb the tower, with the help of the few people willing to try, while Ai, the tutorial guide, makes things harder for them. ***** The story starts pretty dark but goes onto a lighter tone. Then (more) dark again. Disclaimer: This story is an experimental project and I hope to get any and all feedback you can give me. Warning: First draft. Chapters tend to be between 3400-4100 words long (about 8-11 A4-pages). The kingdom rallied together once more, what was left, they fought and fought but their Nightmare had no end. Their greatest, brightest minds worked their magic, carved into stone. Wards they called them, this would keep their Nightmares away. They abandoned attempts to fight and focused on walling every surface of the kingdom with these Wards. It worked mostly, an illusion of peace returned, one that crumbled often, but it was better than before, it was a bearable hell now. So here we start our story as ages have passed for a walled-off kingdom, hunted by a never-ending Nightmare. With a poor but deserving soul born into this world.
