The Solar Eclipse lasted for a really long time. Chu Mu assumed it would only last for a few days, or one month at most.
However, it had been several months since the start of Solar Eclipse, yet the sky was still in total darkness, not a trace of light could be seen.
The longer the darkness domainted, the faster the plants wither. Soul Items, Xuan Items and Immortal Items would be lost in great quantities, the entire living world would be in a weakened state.
Furthermore, countless vile creatures would appear during Solar Eclipse. They could get stronger by absorbing the darkness energy, this severely tipped the balance of the ecology.
War and plague followed next......
It could be imagined that the entire soul pet population would be reduced proportionally after Solar Eclipse. Reproduction and cultivation would become much more difficult than before. This was indeed a slow-acting and long-lasting disaster to the world.
