The entire world was fervently talking about this unexpected wedding announcement. It wasn't that weird that the information had spread throughout the world.

There were quite a lot of paparazzi around Ju-Heon at all times.
There were entertainment magazine reporters to political reporters pretty much stalking him. Reporters were following him 365 days a year to get information related to Ju-Heon.
Information about his businesses, artifacts, hobbies, even trivial things about Ju-Heon were used to change the flow of things in the world.
That was why Ju-Heon meeting with his twin sister was a great source of information for them.
