A suite on the 20th floor of a business hotel in Macao.
Ju-Heon and Yoo Jaeha had arrived at the meeting location.
Even the great and mighty Edward apparently did not want to be arrested for fraud as he quickly arranged a meeting with the Monarch of War. They were supposed to meet her at this business hotel.
Ju-Heon chuckled while looking forward to seeing Keira’s face.
‘Edward is quite useful. I didn't really think he’d arrange this meeting.’
It was at that moment.
Yoo Jaeha who was looking at the news on his phone started to shout.
“Captain-nim, big news! Big news! Apparently the English Prime Minister who came to Macao went missing!”
“So what?”
"Huh? What do mean, so what?! This is extremely big news!”
“Who cares? He supposedly came on vacation. I'm not interested. He probably got swept up in the tomb.”
People disappearing was quite common in the Era of Artifacts.
What was important right now was not something like that but destroying the Monarch of War’s artifact.
‘There’s no way that woman would move around without her map-type artifact so I'm certain she will have it on her.’
Ju-Heon smiled quite viciously.
However, Yoo Jaeha continued to ramble about random things next to him.
“Wow, jackpot. Macao ordered a search as well. We might run into the search team on our way back to our hotel later.”
Ju-Heon started...

A new world with nearly unlimited possibilities. A status, classes, magic and monsters. Sounds good? Well, for Ilea it didn't come quite as expected as for some other protagonists, nor was there a king or god to welcome her. The grand quest? Well, she might figure that out someday but for now, a new world with new food is prize enough. Her fists at the ready, she's prepared to punch and get punched, however long it takes and however many limbs she might have to regrow. A story I've started writing now quite a while ago. Transported to another world, somewhat standard fantasy setting with my beginner attempts to make it dark but funny. There are Litrpg elements here but I do hope it's not too heavy and annoying. The fights should be interesting and aren't just numbers vs numbers. Contrary to the title the protagonist will be quite an offensive fighter. Ilea Spears is your average sarcastic kick-boxing fast food worker and soon to be student. She will be transported to another world rather conventionally and will be confronted with survival in the wild. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. My experience is incredibly lacking. If you find yourself hating it early on, do convey your anger in a detailed comment or review :) I want to get better but without any feedback it's simply quite difficult. Quick heads up: Around chapter 120 there are a bunch of longer PoV changes that I discontinued again shortly after. The Arc around chapters 150-200 is darker than the rest and the themes shift quite a bit. Just know that it goes back to what you've come to know after that section. Thank you for reading. Quick update June 2019: Many complaints regarding the formatting, specifically spacing in conversations and of course the usage of the present tense in the first 36 chapters have been addressed. And since it's a boarding school, their parents mostly forget about them. Three young people, who are certainly not wealthy or elite, are chosen this year to attend this school of magic in hopes of revitalizing their reputation for talent. One from the ash drifts of the Puyallup Barrens, one from the most densely populated slum hive in the world and one from prison. This is their story. -- This story is set in the Shadowrun universe. If you're not familiar with Shadowrun, it mostly tells the stories of deniable mercenaries called shadowrunners in a cyberpunk dystopia. Instead of telling another story solely about shadowrunners, this story will tell the tale of young people navigating a world that is indifferent to them at best and actively hostile at worst. Shadowrunners will be in the story and we'll see them operate, but they won't be its main focus. This story originally began in 2017 as a passion project and continues to this day on the Somethingawful.com forums. The unedited version is over a million words strong. There are currently seven books in this series and I am currently in the process of editing them. There are eight gods of power which wield eight different elements and have the ability to "bless" individuals with certain abilities. Monsters roam the wilderness and the ruins/dungeons that are scattered throughout the landscape. Adventurers complete quests, hunt monsters, and explore the vast continent. We've got heroes, demon lords, gods, spys, special operations assault teams, phantom eagles, kings & queens, cursed chickens, talking goblins, and a whole shit ton more already in with plenty more coming soon.
