《Dragon Prince Yuan》Chapter 974 The Battle of Three Kings

On the ancient stone statue in the depths of the starry sky.
It was wider there than the place Zhou Yuan and the others were. The top of the ancient stone statue was like an endless huge plain, and only the starry sky above it was shining brightly.
On the plain, Zhao Mushen, Wu Yao and Su Youwei stood facing each other in a triangular formation.
Zhao Mushen stared intently at the two remarkably stunning and graceful women. A glimmer of admiration appeared on his handsome face, which looked as if someone had carved with a knife. He had never thought that of all the people in his generation, it would be two women of unparalleled beauty who could compete with him.
Even Zhao Mushen, who was incredibly proud, thought highly of them.
“Do you two have to fight with me for this statue?” Zhao Mushen said softly. “If you retreat now, then I, Zhao Mushen, will owe you two a favor. If you need anything in the future, you can just let me know.”
Although his voice was gentle, it passed through the plain and fell clearly in the ears of the two women.
Wu Yao raised her beautiful brows. “What? The person ranked first on the Divine Dwelling List, the so-called king of the Divine Dwelling stage, doesn't even have the courage to fight?”
Wu Yao's voice was slightly husky and, compared to an average woman’s voice, wasn’t soft but tough and deep.
“We have come all the way here, is there a reason to not fight?” Su Youwei asked. Her voice was gentle and soft, as if making others feel they were wrapped in a spring breeze. Her voice sharply contrasted with Wu Yao’s.
Zhao Mushen wasn’t the slightest bit angry at being mocked by the two women. He helplessly smiled. “You two are thinking too much. I just feel that since you two are both as beautiful as goddesses, other people would feel pity for you when you’re tragically defeated in my hands.”
He shook his head. “But since you two aren’t interested in my suggestion...let's fight.“

As Zhao Mushen’s voice faded, he gently waved his sleeve and erupted with thousands of rays of light. The void quaked violently.
Countless Genesis Qi stars emerged in the space above him. The total was at least 75 million!
The appearance of such a terrifying amount caused even the universe Genesis Qi to surge violently. The roar from the collision of Genesis Qi echoed throughout the area.
Many people in the outside world intently watched the stars form, and they couldn’t help but gulp. A foundation of 75 million...and it was achieved without the help of any foreign means!
An ordinary expert who just reached the Heavenly Sun stage would only possess 100 million Genesis Qi stars at most! Zhao Mushen was only at the peak of the Divine Dwelling stage, yet he had almost reached this number. The top heaven pride with the title of Little Heavenly Sun was indeed incredibly terrifying.
Even Yuan Kun and Jiu Gong would feel a sense of powerlessness when they faced experts with a Genesis Qi foundation of that level.
On the other hand, Wu Yao and Su Youwei didn’t reveal a ripple of emotion on their stunning faces. They remained as calm as a lake as they stood before Zhao Mushen.
Wu Yao folded her slender and beautiful hands together in front of her chest, forming a hand seal. A black lightning bolt rumbled out from the top of her head, and countless Genesis Qi stars emerged within the lightning.
74 million!
It was just one million stars fewer than Zhao Mushen’s! Her foundation was equally astonishing.
Countless people marveled at the sight before they simultaneously cast their gazes toward Su Youwei. In Hunyuan Heaven, based on Genesis Qi foundation alone, everyone knew that no one could compare to Su Youwei.
Under countless gazes, millions of specks of purple light emerged behind Su Youwei, transforming into a purple starry sky. Its stars, dazzling and beautiful, flickered endlessly.
Chi!
Countless gasps of astonishment sounded one after another throughout the world.
Eighty-three million Genesis Qi stars were shining in the purple starry sky behind Su Youwei.

83 million!
The sight suffocated many people, and such a terrifying Genesis Qi foundation made them feel hopeless.
A ten heavens Divine Dwelling was indeed terrifying!
It wasn’t just them. Even Zhao Mushen and Wu Yao felt jealous when they saw the purple starry sky behind Su Youwei, their eyes flashing with envy. They knew the difficulty of increasing one’s Genesis Qi foundation when one reached their level.
Despite the difficulties, Su Youwei was able to surpass 80 million!
The ten variant Divine Dwelling, which was rarely seen in the world, gave Su Youwei a huge advantage. However, it was still impossible to predict the outcome of such a high-leveled battle with just this, even though the difference of millions of Genesis Qi stars was advantageous.
As the top heaven prides of each region, their hidden trump cards were the turning points that would determine the battle’s outcome.
The millions of Genesis Qi stars shining brightly above the plain turned the universe Genesis Qi into a raging storm, and an oppressive feeling pervaded the air before the battle began. Even extraordinary heaven pride experts wouldn’t dare take a step into the three’s battlefield.
Their gazes collided, and the void even quaked at that moment.
Boom!
The countless Genesis Qi stars vibrated, and three silhouettes shot out at almost the same time. They moved at lightning speed, making it impossible for many people to see them.
The three crossed the vast and endless plain in just a few breaths and collided at its center like three meteors.
Terrifying Genesis Qi shock waves swept out in all directions like thousand-foot-tall waves.
Wu Yao clenched her slender and beautiful hand, and the black lightning rapidly materialized into a lightning whip resembling an enraged dragon. The lightning whip whizzed out, wrapping around Zhao Mushen and Su Youwei. During the process, even the void cracked and shattered.
The whip’s destructive power was terrifying.
Zhao Mushen opened his mouth, shooting out a stream of light that met the thunderstorm head-on. The bolt of light transformed into a golden halberd engraved with flashing inscriptions and several dragon patterns. The dragons within the patterns entwined with one another and resembled real living creatures.
As the golden halberd formed, a dragon roar resounded across the sky, and a terrifying pressure filled the air. It was a top Heaven Genesis Weapon!
Zhao Mushen tightened his grip, then suddenly swung down the golden halberd. His slash shattered the void and tore apart the black lightning whip speeding towards him. He also took advantage of the moment Su Youwei was impacted by the whip’s force to strike at her.
A screech rang out with his slash.
At lightning speed, Su Youwei folded her hands in a hand seal. Purple Genesis Qi frantically gathered and formed two purple wheels of light at her palms. More than 80 million stars were twinkling within the wheels. It was a magnificent spectacle.
She lifted her hands, bringing the two purple wheels of light to meet the lightning whip and golden halberd at the same time.
Clang!
Terrifying sounds rang out as Genesis Qi shock waves erupted.
The plain below was collapsing!
The two purple light wheels spun wildly, countering the two frightening attacks. When the shock wave swept across them, all three paused for a moment but soon shot out once again.
The golden halberd, black lightning whip and purple wheel collided repeatedly, and every collision invoked a violent storm.
Under the starry sky, countless people fixed incomparably shocked gazes on the depths of the starry sky, where the chaotic battle between the three was happening. Even though a barrier of Genesis Qi shrouded the area in a film of light, it still couldn’t conceal the earth-shaking movements occurring on the stone statue.
This could be said to be the fiercest battle of the Divine Dwelling stage in Hunyuan Heaven!
Countless people felt their scalps numbing, and they couldn't help shuddering.
It was indeed worthwhile to come all the way here to witness the battle between three kings!
They trembled even more intensely at the thought of the final winner being announced…
They would undoubtedly witness the birth of an era.

Many Minded
Synopsis: Issa Pyxis, Spacer orphan and illegal heretic, graduated from living on the streets to running with a gang years ago, but now it looks like that’s all going to change. Her inheritance, more specifically who—or what—she is, is catching up with her, and on a planet with the Emperor’s inquisitors slinking around in every shadow, nowhere is safe and no one can be trusted. What will she do? A cyberpunk story about identity, loneliness, covert infiltration, evil dystopias, and much more! Features: - Cyborgs and cyberpunk galore - This is indented to be somewhat “rational” and “hard” Sci-Fi story - Original Fiction however parts of my worldbuilding are inspired by other Sci-Fi stories (duh) Rationale: The future is cool, AIs are kickass, and questions about consciousness are simultaneously existential and yet unanswered. To me, this story is a vehicle for exploring these topics, and also, I wanted to write a story where the protagonist was unafraid of themselves and where their self is more like a git-repo than a meat computer. Disclaimer: This story primarily takes place in what we’d describe as a “cyberpunk dystopia” with some extra technocracy, autocracy, and religious fervor thrown into the mix, so there will be some “grittiness” in this story. Caveat emptor. Also, [insert your favorite boilerplate “views expressed” disclaimer here]. I shouldn’t need to say this, but the main character and other characters in my story can be wrong on occasion (gasp!) and the way they view the world isn’t always objective truth (if such a thing even exists) nor do their views and opinions necessarily reflect the views of me, the author. Rage: Crisis / Consequence / ???
Its been ten years since Seth was given his powers, ten years since his town was driven mad by that very same power, and ten years since its source was shunted into his head. Regret for the deaths that town perpetuated, the devastation they brought, the blow they served to the once proud heroes of this world. Heroes Seth now hopes to join, hopes to heal and atone to for what transpired. But their wounds run deep, their ire sharp, and their acceptance thin. And to top it all off... Seth's power is run far deeper than he knows, and sees his world in a light all its own. This series is my first foray into authoring, with two parts out of at best four if the readership stands. But part three will still book end nicely otherwise. And I'm not stopping till then. It is action heavy with varied and ramping up fight scenes through out. (Book 1 is heavy / Book 2 a little lighter) It is bloody in places, mildly gory in others, and heavily gory in simulated places. Nothing truly horrifying, I think, but be warned. It has trauma. PTSD is a major part of the story, but I will never trust that I got it completely right, so your mileage may vary on how believable or impactful it is. Lastly it has language. Swearing ebbs and flows as the story progresses and attitudes harden or soften. Sometimes bleeding through into the narration... somehow.
