《Refining the Mountains and Rivers》Chapter 814B - Bullying

Qin Yu had no intention of clashing with it. By using his powerful explosive strength, he constantly raced through the sea as he killed off more and more strange fish. These strange fish could be considered strong, but when facing the rampaging Qin Yu, all they could do was stretch out their necks and wait for death.
More and more fresh blood gushed out and the sea was heavy with the scent of it. Qin Yu bathed in it, making him look as if he were walking through an infinite pool of blood. Endless poison wildly invaded his body, but before it could cause any damage it was extracted and swallowed up.
His jade-like left index finger suddenly changed. Ever since he condensed it, it had absorbed endless types of poisons. Perhaps it was because a quantitative change led to a qualitative change, or perhaps it was stimulated by the poisonous fish blood…but no matter what the reason was, it started to transform.
Runes appeared on Qin Yu’s fingertip. They seemed to possess a spiritual nature of their own. After adapting to their own existence, they all opened their mouths.
Bang –
Bang –
These runes were each like black holes. They released a swallowing strength targeted at poison. The situation suddenly changed.
No longer was the poison in the sea water wildly invading Qin Yu’s body. Rather, now it was all being forcibly sucked in. its speed was ten times faster than in the beginning!
But soon, as a massive volume of poison rushed in, the runes on the surface of Qin Yu’s fingertip completely awakened. An even more terrifying swallowing strength erupted and it was no longer satisfied with just the poison in the sea.
As a result, the distressed school of strange fish that were desperately avoiding Qin Yu suddenly discovered that their hearts were beating faster and faster. To their horror, the blood in their bodies seemed to be boiling within them, gradually slipping out of their control!
The school of strange fish howled in fear and urged the giant strange fish to help them. But even though the giant strange fish was strong, it couldn’t even touch the hem of Qin Yu’s clothes.
Bang –
Countless holes suddenly blew open on a rapidly swimming strange fish. Blood spurted out from its body like a fountain.
As if it were nothing but the opening of a play, its performance was followed by a second, a third, a fourth…
Low explosive sounds resounded beneath the sea. This school of strange fish that had no natural enemies in this region of the sea suddenly experienced total annihilation.
The giant strange fished roared in anger. It became weaker and weaker as its body shrank. Finally, with an unwilling roar, its giant body collapsed and melted back into the sea.
Pa –
Qin Yu stretched out a hand and grabbed something. A black bead lay quietly in his palm.
It was cool to the touch, containing a chill that shot straight into the soul and brightened the mind.

This round bead was all that was left of the giant strange fish after it collapsed and disappeared. It should be related to the black gas he saw the strange fish spit out before.
Hu –
Qin Yu let out a sigh of relief and his heart relaxed. If he hadn’t suddenly received enlightenment, then if he continued to fight with the strange fish in such a brutal way, he might not have won so easily.
He couldn’t figure out what this black bead was, but his intuition told him it was something good. He turned his hand and put it away. Then, with a thought, he sensed the location of the purpleback bluewing ants.
Qin Yu stepped and rose upwards, soon breaking through the water’s surface. He howled into the air.
Not long after he left, a terrifying aura suddenly appeared. The tumbling sea immediately fell quiet.
Taking a look around, the sea’s surface was like a black mirror, without a single wave.
The color of blood rapidly faded from the water. The blood was dragged downwards by an invisible force and continuously sank to the depths of the sea.
In the end, this blood sank into a deep trench. Its interior was pitch black with no end in sight.
As if this was a tunnel that led straight to hell!
Hou –
An angered roar suddenly rang out. Then, the calm mirror-like sea surface broke apart.
Dreadful waves surged to the skies and endless sea water rolled and tumbled. Faintly, one could see a massive black shadow rising up from the depths of the sea.
Qin Yu caught up with the purpleback bluewing ants that had brought the Xue Sisters away. At this time, they were being attacked by a monster beast that resembled a giant snake with fleshy wings on its back. Fortunately the purpleback bluewing ants had evolved numerous times, and while they were at a disadvantage against this monster beast, they held on and weren’t defeated.
Of course, a reason for their current predicament was that they needed to allocate a part of their strength to ensuring the Xue Sisters were unharmed. Otherwise, the situation would be better for them.
As Qin Yu was about to attack the monster beast that attacked the purpleback bluewing ants, it suddenly screamed out loud as if it were horrified by something.
It turned and ran away. It desperately flapped its wings and soon vanished from their line of light.
Qin Yu’s complexion changed. His figure flickered and he appeared near the ant swarm. He held the Xue Sisters in his hands, and with a flick of his sleeves put the ant swarm away.
His feet moved and he soared into the skies, hurriedly racing through the thick fog.
Hou –
A heaven-shaking roar sounded out from behind him. Qin Yu turned his head and saw the surface of the sea blow open and a massive shadow appear.
With just a glance, Qin Yu’s pupils shrank. Fear swelled up from the depths of his heart, beyond his control.

This black shadow was an ultra-massive strange fish that was too large to be fully seen. It had to be at least tens of thousands of meters long!
After eating the little ones, the old ones came. After killing the old ones, the fish ancestor came. Even if this fish family was large there was no need to be such a bully!
Qin Yu quietly cursed in his heart. He had zero intention of clashing head-on with this massive fish beast. He turned his head and continued racing away with the Xue Sisters in his hands.
What nonsense, a thousand foot long strange fish composed of sea water had given him enough trouble. As for this one, it was tens of thousands of meters long and was also alive…if he didn’t run, was he going to wait to become a snack?
Qin Yu was sure that there was no way he could win. But soon, he discovered his original plan was too optimistic. Not only was there no way to win, but even running away was difficult!
The fish ancestor’s body was over 10,000 meters long and as it swam through the water it was like a moving island. When it rose up from the sea’s surface, its eyes locked onto the rapidly escaping Qin Yu.
Then, it opened its mouth and sucked in hard!
In an instant, the wind and fog began to race backwards over the surface of the sea. Qin Yu drew in a breath of cold air and subconsciously let loose a litany of curses.
Even though he tried his best, his speed became increasingly slow. In fact, he even started to be drawn backwards!
Damn it, it could actually do something like this. This was just going too far!
What could he do?
Once he was sucked in, the result would be…hahaha…
A light flashed in Qin Yu’s eyes. This was because as a large amount of fog was sucked away, his surroundings became increasingly clear. He could see an island in front of him.
From looks alone, this island was extremely large. As long as he could hide on it, even if this fish ancestor was 10,000 meters long it wouldn’t be able to do much to him.
“Ahh!”
With a deep roar, the two hearts in Qin Yu’s chest jumped into action. Fresh blood was pumped through his body at a startling pace.
Beneath his skin, blood vessels bulged. His feet stepped down and he forcefully resisted the swallowing strength from behind. Then, he started making his way towards the island.
Qin Yu saw the island grow closer and closer. He could even see the ancient green trees growing on the land.
A happy smile crossed his lips. But at this time, his heart shrank and a feeling of fear and awe erupted in his heart.
Behind him, the massive fish ancestor with its body half in the water locked its icy cold eyes onto Qin Yu and let loose a deafening roar.
All of the fog and sea water that was inhaled into its mouth was blown out at an even faster speed. It formed a column of water and air that blasted straight at Qin Yu.
Qin Yu’s body instantly tightened. With a roar, he tossed the Xue Sisters far into the island. All of the hidden blood energy within his body erupted and his bones crackled and popped as his body grew.
If he couldn’t avoid this strike he could only meet it head on. In this case, Qin Yu didn’t dare to hold back any longer.
Even if he knew that revealing the Ancient race’s body might lead to unnecessary troubles, he couldn’t care about that right now.
But as his body started to grow, an invisible strength appeared and arrived in his body. It directly interrupted his body metamorphosis.
It was the Ancient’s consciousness!
Qin Yu was enraged. He had no idea what the Ancient wanted to do. If he were to meet this attack head on without using the Ancient body, he would undoubtedly die.
Shua –
The strength of the Ancient retreated. But even so, it was too late to attempt another body metamorphosis.
In this critical moment, Qin Yu felt the space around him shake. Then an incomparably large claw reached out from the island and struck the water column.
Bang –
With a sky-shaking ring, Qin Yu was sent flying away. His eyes flew wide open and a look of shock crossed his face.
The great claw was entirely unaffected. After breaking apart the water column, it didn’t stop. It rushed straight at the massive fish ancestor.
The entire sea seemed to flip upside down. Qin Yu watched on blankly as the over 10,000 meter long fish ancestor was grasped by the giant claw and pulled directly onto the island, disappearing from sight.
This…this…
With Qin Yu’s character and temperament, he was still completely dumbfounded. At this moment, even breathing was incomparably difficult. He gulped. His feet were frozen. Looking at the calm island around him, it was as if nothing had happened at all. He turned, wanting to leave.
But before Qin Yu could truly react, a cold voice resounded in his ears. “Little fellow, how come you aren’t hurrying over here? Do you want me to personally come and pick you up?”
Although this was asked in a questioning tone, the meaning of it couldn’t be questioned at all.
Qin Yu trembled. Although he didn’t want to, he still slowly made his way up the island.
What nonsense. If that claw just now had grabbed at him instead, it would have only needed a bit more strength to entirely cripple him.
As for running away…stop joking around here, that isn’t funny at all.
