This is a tale of four young goblin brothers, whose adventures and calamities are told as legends and jokes throughout the land. Written for my D&D 5e party after they demanded I write an actual story about a children's book they found in one of our sessions, so I wrote it as it would appear in game as a childrens story. I took a very different approach on writing it, so do not be too disappointed when you find out it's not written at first grade reading level. Feedback is much appreciated, as I have never produced anything like this and I do hope I manage to entertain at least a few of you. Anyways, to give you a quick idea of what the story is all about, the original title of this novel was supposed to be "The Yankee in Another World" but when I thought about writing that in the cover I immediately thought 'HELL NAW' and went with a different one and I feel like the new title captures the essence of this story more. because although it's categorized as an Isekai, the story is more focused on redemption rather than the Isekai fantasy. Hopefully, I'll be able to update this synopsis once I thought of one.

In order to protect the home he has grown to love, Beau must travel out of Hattan and journey to the Middle Islands to seek safety among people loyal to his father that he has never met. He must put his trust in Nasila and a hired warrior named Gavin with questionable motivations. He is afraid and unprepared to take the crown, but at least his cousin Julius is with on this harrowing journey fraught with assassins, wild mythical beast, black magic, and demons. His cousin is the only person he can truly trust, but he must take a chance and put his life in the hands of others if he plans to survive. ***This is the first long-length writing I have ever undertaken, and I wish to get some critical feedback. I am not professionally trained as a writer but I have tried my best to teach myself and make the chapters as clean as possible. I believe I have reached a point where my limited skills cannot improve the work or make any more corrections.
