Tobias Eaton has found his way into the Bureau with Tris. He finds himself bored, while Tris remains busy working with David. Leaving on a mission with Nita, he is prepared to experience something new. Little did he know, a little girl with blonde locks, teary eyes and two dead parents catches his eye. Bringing her back, he discovers that she has developed an emotional attachment to him. As she starts to grow on him, he discovers that things aren't so perfect at the Bureau. He has to find a way to fix it all - but is it too hard?
