Bailey Washington is just a shy bystander flowing through life. The only thing that makes her stand out against the crowd is that she wears a hoodie. She also doesn't talk to anyone. People haven't ever seen her face or heard her voice.

This is one of the main things I hear from kids in my school. They think that I use a hood to cover the fact that I am ugly. They aren't wrong but they sure as hell aren't right.
